The Core Objectives:

1. Ensure that all vacancies are timely fulfilled with required designation, budgeting, along with excellent Talent Acquisition end-to-end domain.

2. Enhance the regional and local TH Employer’s Branding by being creative, delivering and implementing initiatives together with streamlining with Regional TA leads

Job description

1. Partner with hiring managers and hiring teams to identify manpower requirements, planning and budgeting. This is not limited to providing talent advisory and thought leadership to hiring managers and hiring teams.

2. Provide advisory on job descriptions and competency-based interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and take accountability in interview evaluation feedback.

3. Take ownership and execute full-cycle recruitment, selection, offer management and onboarding processes through multiple sourcing channels and utilize various tools to attract talented candidates.

4. Manage the top-of-the-funnel recruitment process (talent sourcing, resume reviews, screening, scheduling) to ensure a continued pipeline of qualified candidates.

5. Partner closely with Local and Regional TA Leads and functional TA PICs to manage end-to-end recruitment process and hiring reporting.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. employer branding and recruitment marketing, Talent Sourcing team) to enable hiring strategy and plan to achieve functional hiring goals.

7. Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with key sponsors, hiring managers and internal departments, working as a seamless part of the country Pops Team.

8. Support and partner TA team and Pops members in the country to ensure the successful execution of country programs and initiatives including but not limited to:

• Successful and seamless onboarding of new Grabbers

• Plan and execute internship and campus programs including managing activities to strengthen relationships with the universities and other relevant young talent institutions

• Adhoc country events and program

•Looking for a candidate who is working as a “TA” and works on “Employer Branding activates (Ex ทำ campus activities/career fair)”.

3. A bachelor’s degree holder with 5 to 8 years work experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition environment.

4. Professional working proficiency in English, for frequent communication with regional collaborators.

5. A self-starter and strong individual contributor, while being able to function effectively in a team environment.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with effective attention to detail.

7. Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations, and to influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders.

8. Excellent communication, teamwork and client service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents.
