System Analyst
Our Client, an international company in the Oil & Gas industry is urgently looking for System Analysts to join the team to work on a large-scale transformation project.
Job Description
- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting application issues and resolving problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical issues.
- Analyze user requirements and business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to applications.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets and provide timely updates to end-users.
- Coordinate with software developers to test and deploy new features and fixes.
- Conduct training and provide support to end-users on new and existing applications.
- Participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate with team members and vendors to deliver products as planned.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- 2 Years experience working with the C# .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET MVC
- and knowledge of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- 2 Years experience system analyst
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
